Submitting Referrals
New recruit referrals can be submitted to the Market Center Leadership in 3 ways:
1) Email GROWTH@kw475.com with the recruit's NAME, EMAIL, PHONE, and any important details we should know. (Even better if you copy us into an email!)
2) Through our general recruiting website either by YOU or the recruit
southsuburban.redcareers.com or growwithkwselect.com
3) Through your own custom (and FREE) recruiting landing page (scroll for more details)
KSCORE/ KW Prep Info
(Interested in Real Estate/ Unlicensed)
KW Select offers the KSCORE program, which stands for Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate. This is a full-scholarship education program available to people interested in getting their real estate license.
Through KSCORE, Keller Williams makes available a digital, pre-licensing curriculum, developed and conducted by Kaplan Real Estate Education, geared toward placing aspiring agents on a direct path to licensure and profitability. This partners with an exclusive Keller Williams Program called KW Prep to coach students through mindset, conversation techniques, database creation and more. The KSCORE program can be completed 100% online under a full scholarship, making entry in to real estate more accessible than ever before.
MN has very specific guidelines and verbiage to stay compliant with the state, so please stick with the guidelines, verbiage, and graphics provided by KWRI ONLY at this time (marketing toolkit attached).

The Smartplan can be found in the smartplans library of Command titled: KW PREP/ KSCORE for Agent Use - KWS. This smartplan has been designed to send to people in your sphere who you want to let know about this program. You can also search for this smartplan by author: Jen Mains.
Creating Your Custom Recruiting Landing Page
1) visit: southsuburban.redcareers.com
2) scroll to the bottom of the webpage
3) click on the link in the footer that says "Agent Sign up"
4) enter your information and start blasting to your new site to your sphere
Helpful Tips:
1) This is what your custom dashboard will look like and how the leads will come through for you. Your custom URL will look something like: southsuburban.redcareers.com/agent/firstnamelastname
2) The Leadership team will receive ALL leads that come through from our agents as well as our main site, so we will loop the recruit into our system and schedule the appropriate meeting, whether they are an existing agent or unlicensed. You do not need to forward or email us any lead emails that come through THIS website.
3) If you choose to submit leads through our general site, please leave a comment that the lead came from you.
4) Once we receive the lead, they will be entered into our system and we will leave a note that we have seen and processed the lead (you will see this from your dashboard).
